A Farewell and an Opportunity

Dear Alumnae,

It is with mixed emotions that I tell you I have accepted a position with The Preservation League of New York State. While I am eager to take on new challenges, I am sad to leave Emma, my wonderful colleagues, and our incomparable alumnae. (Of course, as an alumna, I know that I’ll never really leave Emma!)

Below are special messages for alumnae in classes ending in 0 and 5, who recently enjoyed reunion, and for alumnae in the the 1's and 6's, whose reunion is June 10-12, 2011. Please be sure to take a look if you are in one of these classes!

Reunion 2011 (1’s and 6’s)

Save the date for Reunion 2011: June 10-12, 2011! We are looking for volunteers from the classes ending in 1 or 6 to help with Reunion planning and fundraising.  If you are interested, please contact alumnae@emmawillard.org.

Call for Nominations

Do you know an outstanding alumna? Please send your nominations for the 2011 Distinguished Alumnae Awards to alumnae@emmawillard.org. The 2011 awards will be presented to alumnae from the 1’s and 6’s at their June 2011 Reunion. While we are primarily looking for candidates from the 1’s and 6’s, feel free to nominate members of other classes for future consideration. Please send your nominations for the 1’s and 6’s no later than October 15.
